Questions

Does TAKT run payroll or pay my employees?

No. TAKT prepares accurate hours, overtime and tips, exports them for your accountant or payroll provider, and records how you paid. It never moves money.

What do my employees need to clock in?

Just their PIN on the business tablet. They can also check hours, schedules and requests from their phone.

Does it work if the internet goes down?

Yes. The tablet keeps the punches and sends them automatically when the connection comes back.

Does it follow Puerto Rico labor law?

TAKT includes optional Puerto Rico rules — daily overtime, meal periods, leave accrual and the Christmas bonus. Confirm your settings with your accountant or labor attorney.
